Eaton Rapids Medical Center is pleased to announce the opening of Eaton Rapids Medical Center Wound Clinic, an outpatient facility offering a comprehensive approach for patients with non-healing wounds.
Eaton Rapids Medical Center Wound Clinic is an all-encompassing, full-service outpatient facility providing advanced wound care for patients presenting with a variety of non-healing wounds including diabetic foot ulcers, compromised tissue flaps/grafts and bony or soft tissue wounds resulting from radiation treatment.
“Our dedicated clinical staff understands the totality of the patient from a perspective of wound healing,” said Brad Simons, Chief Nursing Officer. “We are working to treat not only the wound, but the underlying cause of the wound.”
The center’s clinical team has been built to address the needs of all different wound types and keeps its referring physician partners informed of their patients’ progress with regular updates. Patients are encouraged to keep regular appointments with their referring physician while they are undergoing treatment at Eaton Rapids Medical Center Wound Clinic.
Physicians may refer their patients by calling the center at 517-663-9537. Associates are available to address referring physicians’ needs and assist in coordinating patient appointments.
