Eaton Rapids Medical Center (ERMC) welcomes Cailee Sanchez, FNP-C, to the Eaton Rapids Medical Center Family Practice.

Sanchez graduated in 2023 with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Alabama as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree, she attended the University of Mary for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Dakota College of Bottineau for her associate’s degree in nursing (AND) and her license in practical nursing (LPN).

“I come from a family full of public servants in one form or another, so I knew at an early age that it was important to serve and give back to the community,” said Sanchez. “Nursing was my way of doing that. I love caring for and building relationships with people, and I love to be there to watch over them and partner with them through the course of their care.”

Sanchez is also working as the nurse practitioner for ERMC’s Wound Clinic. “I also work in wound care,” said Sanchez. “There is nothing more satisfying than being there for every step of the healing process and seeing the improvements that come from consistent and thoughtful care of a wound.”

Sanchez was born and raised in the Mid-Michigan area, and even attended Lansing Community College for her certification in Massage Therapy before going back to school for nursing.

“I love the small town feel of ERMC,” said Sanchez. “I love seeing familiar faces and meeting and taking care of people right here in my own community.”

Sanchez has lived in North Dakota the last ten years with her husband and three children. She mentioned that she is happy that they have chosen Eaton Rapids for their forever home and is proud to be a member of the community.
