\The purpose of the Eaton Rapids Medical Center (ERMC) Foundation Scholarship is to provide local students in the ERMC service area with assistance in obtaining a degree in healthcare (ex. Nursing, Medical Assistants, Pharmacists, Physical Therapists, etc.).
High school seniors and undergraduate students who plan to pursue a degree in a healthcare field are eligible. Applicants must be in good academic standing. The recipient will be selected by the Eaton Rapids Medical Center Foundation Scholarship Committee. The scholarship check will be issued to the educational institution in which the student is enrolled.
Please fill out the application form completely with a short essay, and two recommendation letters. Return it to [email protected] or Eaton Rapids Medical Center Attn: Foundation, 1500 S. Main Street, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827.
The deadline for submission is March 29, 2024, 5 p.m.
