Eaton Rapids Medical Center (ERMC) Rural Health Clinic (RHC) is pleased to welcome Lacy White, BSN, RN, as the new RHC Manager. Lacy has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in long-term care and rehabilitation, spent three years in Stepdown/ICU, nine years in outpatient infusion, and most recently served as the Eaton Rapids Public School (ERPS) District Nurse for the past three years.
In her role as school nurse, Lacy often collaborated with ERMC staff on student care coordination. “I have always been impressed with the ERMC staff’s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure good outcomes for these families,” said Lacy. “I’ve been interested in pursuing a management role for some time, so when this opportunity came up, it felt like the perfect fit.”
Lacy shared that she finds joy and fulfillment in leading others and making a positive impact on both staff and patient care. As RHC Practice Manager, she will oversee ERMC’s Family Practice, Redicare, and Springport Medical Center.
“My goal is to maintain high-quality providers and ensure our community feels confident in the services we offer in a rural setting,” Lacy said. “I’ve enjoyed addressing barriers within our community and am excited to continue that work.”
She hopes to make a lasting impact at ERMC by building strong connections and ensuring sustainable services that meet the evolving needs of the community. Lacy is passionate about reminding people that they can receive exceptional care close to home.
Outside of work, Lacy enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, going on family trips, and spending time outdoors.
