Eaton Rapids Medical Center (ERMC) Family Practice is proud to welcome Morgan Youell, FNP-BC, to its growing team of healthcare providers. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Morgan brings a well-rounded background in emergency medicine, women’s health, and rehabilitation care to the ERMC community.
Morgan began her academic journey at Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. After taking time to start a family, she returned to MSU to complete a second degree, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to serve in various nursing roles across women’s health, emergency departments, and outpatient rehabilitation settings. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Spring Arbor University.
Prior to joining ERMC, Morgan worked as a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care in Jackson, Michigan. Her clinical interests center around women’s health, chronic disease management, and patient education.
“I’ve always known I wanted to work in healthcare,” said Morgan. “Helping people feel better and seeing their lives improve through education and care is incredibly rewarding. I’m especially passionate about women’s health. The female body goes through so many changes over a lifespan, so I have always enjoyed educating women on these changes and providing options to help them optimize their health.”
Returning to her roots, Morgan is excited to be back in Eaton Rapids, where she grew up and now resides. She and her family have long trusted ERMC for their own care, which made the opportunity to serve her hometown as a provider a natural fit.
“My family has always received great care at ERMC,” she said. “Now, I get to be a part of providing that same high-quality care to others in the community I call home.”
Outside of her clinical practice, Morgan is a busy mom to three young children. Her 8-year-old son is a competitive hockey player, keeping the family active during the winter months. Her two daughters, ages 2 and 3, are just beginning their journey in dance. She enjoys hiking, camping, spending time on the water, and keeping up with the family’s energetic golden retriever, Zoey.
Morgan will be seeing new patients starting October 20, 2025 at Eaton Rapids Medical Center Family Practice.
