Techniques and Procedures

Our team utilizes a variety of techniques and procedures to help patients improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function. These interventions are personalized to meet individual needs and goals, including:

Pain management, manual therapy, and myofascial release
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and neuromuscular reeducation
Joint protection education, energy conservation, and fall prevention
Modalities such as ultrasound, e-stim, interferential current, iontophoresis/phonophoresis, and fluidotherapy
Education on adaptive equipment, endurance and strength training, and sports-specific training
Kinesio tape, cupping, and traction
ADL retraining, balance and gait training, and edema management
