Licensed Physical Therapist
Hours: Casual- hours vary including evenings
Responsibilities:
  • Under supervision of the Department Manager provides direct physical therapy services.
  • Assesses, evaluates, plans, implements and leads comprehensive patient care for individual patient age specific needs by using an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient?s age specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care.

Qualifications:

  • Behavioral Health Consultations: Productivity expectation is an average of 10-14 behavioral health consultations per clinical day (8 hours), including individual, couples, and/or family consultation with patients including:

  • -- Medication adherence counseling and disease self management counseling.

Qualifications:
  • One of the following:
  • -- Master's Degree in Social Work, with a minimum of two years experience as a therapist and a current license to practice in Michigan as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (or working toward full licensure).
  • -- Doctoral degree in Psychology, with a minimum of two years experience as a therapist and current license to practice in Michigan as a Psychologist (or working toward full licensure).
