Eaton Rapids Medical Center's payment policy is to request any out of pocket expenses at the time of service. Unpaid balances, including co-insurance, co-payment, deductibles and any non-covered services are the responsibility of the patient. Payments may be made by:
- Cash, check or money order
Balances can be paid online by clicking Get Started, in-person in the Patient Access Department or through the mail accompanied by your current statement.
If you are unable to pay your bill in full, Eaton Rapids Medical Center may be able to assist you.
Eaton Rapids Medical Center believes that health care should be accessible to everyone. We have several ways that you can pay your bill, and will help find the right solution to fit your needs. We can work with you in determining eligibility for various programs, assisting in the completion of Medicaid applications and arranging payment plans. We can help you in applying for state Medicaid assistance. To see if you may be eligible for any programs offered by the State of Michigan, click MARS to begin the screening tool. You can view and print an application packet using the following link; Assistance Application (DHS-1171).
If you have been denied medical assistance by the State of Michigan, you may still qualify for Eaton Rapids Medical Center's Financial Assistance Program. To apply for assistance you will need to complete a written application and provide the necessary information to verify your financial status.
