Full-time, 80 Hour pay period, 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.

| Qualifications: |
- Graduate of an accredited HIM program. RHIA, RHIT, CCS eligible
- Minimum of one year hospital outpatient coding experience required using ICD-9-
CM and CPT classification systems
- Experience with Computerized Record Tracking/Abstraction Systems to verify and
abstract specific clinical and demographic data from coded record
- Must possess the ability to query the physicians based on documentation and clinical
needs
- Communicates with coworkers in an open and respectfully manner that promotes
teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, variable environment and to prioritize duties

| Qualifications: |
- Must have current State of Michigan License as a Registered Nurse
- Must have current BCLS (pediatric & Adult), ACLS and PALS Certifications or
willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire/change of status
- TNCC Certification is encouraged
- Minimum of five (5) years of on-going, consistent emergency experience is desired
- Outpatient services; allergy shots, simple dressing changes and immunizations
- Coordinated care with patient, patient family and ancillary departments
- Serves as Employee Health Nurse as required
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player and dependable
- Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers

Full-time, 72 Hours per pay period, 12 Hour shifts. 2 shifts/week Med/Surg 7:00p.m. - 7:30a.m.
1 shift/week Emergency Dept 12:00p.m. - 12:30a.m.

- Must have current State of Michigan License as a Registered Nurse
- Must have current BLS (pediatric & Adult), ALS and PALS Certifications or willingness
to obtain within 6 months of hire/change of status
- TNCC Certification is encouraged
- Emergency/Critical Care experience preferred
- Outpatient services; allergy shots, simple dressing changes, immunizations, and initial
assessment for external physicians
- Coordinated care with patient, patient family and ancillary departments
- Serves as Employee Health Nurse as required

| Qualifications: |
- Coordinates scrub tech schedule
- Scrubs cases
- Develops and implements scrub tech competencies
- Working knowledge of AAMI Standards
- Orders non-office supplies for surgical services
- Maintains equipment logs
- Works closely with Bio-Med (IRMC) and vendors
- Coordinates in-services as needed for staff
- Working knowledge of budget, i.e. cost containment
- Participates in Quality Improvement and Job Hazard Analysis Projects
- Must be a graduate of an accredited scrub technician program
- Must have current scrub technician certification or be willing to obtain within six months
- BCLS certification required
- Must have strong organizational skills, be a team player, dependable
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high stress situations

Casual, Varied hours; Must be available to cover other shifts as needed including weekends, weekdays & holidays.

| Qualifications: |
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Accreditation as an RHIT or certification as a medical transcriptionist (CMT) preferred.
- Two years experience/background in transcribing medical reports in an acute care facility required.
- Excellent skills in English grammar and punctuation.
- Knowledge of Medical terminology.
- Typing speed of 60-64 words per minute with manual and finger dexterity required and eye-hand coordination required.
- Ability to concentrate, listen, and transcribe for long periods of time.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational and professional skills.
- Must be a team player, dependable, with strong initiative.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high stress situations.
- Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers.
