| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree or Masters of OT from an accredited school of OT.
- Currently registered/licensed by the State of Michigan.
- Minimum 6-9 months clinical student experience as required for graduation as an OTR candidate.

Part Time 8:30am to 4:00pm, and every 3rd weekend 9:30am to 12noon, Saturday and Sunday.

| Qualifications: |
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of bachelor's degree.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Michigan.
- Responsible for the accurate dispensing and timely distribution of drugs and medicines for inpatients or outpatients.
- Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.
- Preparing and quality-checking sterile medications.
- Monitoring every stage of medication therapy to improve all aspects of delivery and reporting patient side effects.
- Liaising with physicians, nurses and other fellow health care professionals to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and economic drug treatment.
- Counseling patients on the effects, dosage and route of administration of their drug treatments, particularly those who require complex drug therapy.
- Writing guidelines for drug use within the hospital, preparing bulletins and implementing hospital regulations.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.

- Must have current BCLS (pediatric & Adult), ACLS and PALS Certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire/change of status.
- TNCC Certification is encouraged.
- Emergency/Critical Care experience preferred.
- Outpatient services; allergy shots, simple dressing changes and immunizations.
- Coordinated care with patient, patient family and ancillary departments.
- Serves as Employee Health Nurse as required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

- Must have current NBCRNA recertification.
- Must have own malpractice insurance policy.
- Must have current BCLS, ACLS and PALS Certification. Or must be willing to obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Must be able to practice in a very Independent setting.
- Must be comfortable with GA, MAC, SAB, Regional (or be willing to learn)
