- Responsible for designing and modifying exercise programs.
- Must be able to administer fitness assessments.
- Ensuring a safe workplace by following safe work practices.
- Cleaning equipment.
- Membership sales.
- Various office duties including; data entry, paperwork, filing, various projects and other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: |
- Current CPR certification.
- Four year degree in a related field and/or fitness certifications from a competent and accredited certifying agency.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Must possess ability to multi-task in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, variable environment and to prioritize duties, with attention to detail.
- Must be a team player, flexible, and dependable.
- Must be able to function under irregular work hours in addition to an “on-call” basis; mostly nights and weekends.

- Must have a current Michigan License in Respiratory Therapy.
- Past respiratory work experience including critical and emergency care preferred.
- PFT and Cardiac Stress Testing experience preferred.

- Must show great concern for patients and have a strong desire to deliver quality care.

- TNCC Certification is encouraged.
- Minimum of five (5) years of on-going, consistent emergency experience is desired.
- Outpatient services; allergy shots, simple dressing changes and immunizations.
- Coordinated care with patient, patient family and ancillary departments.
- Serves as Employee Health Nurse as required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
