Exercise Specialist

Hours:	Casual
Responsibilities:	Responsible for designing and modifying exercise programs. Must be able to administer fitness assessments. Ensuring a safe workplace by following safe work practices. Cleaning equipment. Membership sales. Various office duties including; data entry, paperwork, filing, various projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:	Current CPR certification. Four year degree in a related field and/or fitness certifications from a competent and accredited certifying agency. Computer proficiency required. Must possess ability to multi-task in a professional manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, variable environment and to prioritize duties, with attention to detail. Must be a team player, flexible, and dependable. Must be able to function under irregular work hours in addition to an “on-call” basis; mostly nights and weekends. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Licensed Respiratory Therapist

Hours:	Casual, varied hours/days per pay period
Qualifications:	Must have a current Michigan License in Respiratory Therapy. Past respiratory work experience including critical and emergency care preferred. PFT and Cardiac Stress Testing experience preferred. Must be a team player who is dependable with strong self initiative. Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians, peers and patients. Must show great concern for patients and have a strong desire to deliver quality care. Must be able to prioritize work load, work independently, effectively and efficiently. Must have excellent critical thinking skills and be able to make quick decisions. Must be a quick learner, able to learn and master new equipment or procedures. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in high stress situations. Must be punctual and have excellent work attendance. Must be willing to assist manager when needed in other administrative and clerical duties. Must be willing to assist manager with other projects, including in the area of safety and security. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and fill open shifts when needed. Must have an ability to push/lift up to 50 pounds to move respiratory equipment and /or patients. Must have normal or corrected vision and hearing must be in normal range.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Hours:	Casual, 16 hours per pay
Qualifications:	Associate's degree in Applied Science - PTA from an accredited school. Currently licensed by the State of Michigan Must have strong organizational and professional skills. Must be a team player, dependable, with strong initiative. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high stress situations. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers.

Custodian

Hours:	Part time 32 hours per pay. Every Saturday/Sunday 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Qualifications:	Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to bend, stoop, push and pull. Must be able to operate variety of equipment. Must have strong organizational and professional skills. Must be a team player, dependable, with strong initiative. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high stress situations. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers.

Registered Nurse Float - Med/Surg and ED

Hours:	Day shift part-time
Qualifications:	Must have current State of Michigan License. Must have current BCLS. Must have current ACLS and PALS Certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills. EHR knowledge preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational and leadership skills. Must be a patient advocate. Must conduct self in a professional manner with all team members of ERMC.

2 - Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Department

Hours:	Hourly, casual
Qualifications:	Must have current State of Michigan License. Must have current BCLS. Must have current ACLS and PALS Certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills. EHR knowledge preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational and leadership skills. Must be a patient advocate. Must conduct self in a professional manner with all team members of ERMC.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Family Practice

Hours:	Full-time
Qualifications:	Must have current PA-C or NP license to practice in the state of Michigan. Two (2) years experience in Family Practice setting preferred. Current controlled substance & narcotic license. Computer proficiency required. Electronic health record knowledge helpful. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Must be insurable. BCLS Must be a team player and dependable. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high stress situations.

Custodian

Dietary Cook/Aide

Hours:	Casual, hours vary: days & nights, including weekends, weekdays & holidays
Qualifications:	Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift 50 pounds, push and pull. Must be able to greet the public in an appropriate manner. Must have strong organizational and professional skills. Must be a team player, dependable, with strong initiative. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high stress situations. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers.

Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Hours:	Casual - days, nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications:	Must have current State of Michigan License as a Registered Nurse. Must have current BCLS (pediatric & Adult), ACLS and PALS Certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire/change of status. TNCC Certification is encouraged. Minimum of five (5) years of on-going, consistent emergency experience is desired. Outpatient services; allergy shots, simple dressing changes and immunizations. Coordinated care with patient, patient family and ancillary departments. Serves as Employee Health Nurse as required. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be a team player and dependable. Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors, physicians and peers.
