Dear Colleagues and Friends,
This year marked Eaton Rapids Medical Center's 55th anniversary. We are thankful to have such a wonderful community that has supported us since we opened our doors in 1957. We are very proud to share our advancements and accomplishments with you on this site. One exciting achievement from a July 2012 CMS report is that ERMC's inpatient nurse communication and pain management scores are in the top 10% of the nation. Please click the News link for the latest updates from ERMC. All the progress we have made would not have been possible without the involvement of our community.
We are continually looking for ways to better serve our patients through specialty clinics, the latest equipment and facility improvements. In April, we opened our Family Practice and Redicare. A new physician practicing with a focus on allergy and immunology has joined us, and we expect another physician specializing in ear, nose, and throat services to begin in early 2013. We have also invested in a new sterilizer, flexible endoscope, CPR machine, defibrillators and electronic health records. The next time you visit the hospital, we hope you take advantage of our new canopied entrances, guest relations desk and improved waiting areas.
