Bankers Support Emergency
Department Construction
Local bank employees have
been wearing scrubs to show their support of the new Emergency
Department being built at Eaton Rapids Medical Center
The next time you will find the bankers donning the blue scrubs
will be Friday, April 4 at all Eaton Rapids banks.
The idea originated with
Tim Dickinson, manager at Independent Bank.
He was looking for a way that his bank could support the project
and at the same time, help to inform the community that a new Emergency
Department was being planned.
As other banks heard about his plan, they were all eager to help
ERMC promote this exciting building project.
All bank staffers at
National City, Eaton Federal Savings Bank, Independent Bank, SSBBank,
Consumers Professional Credit Union and Homestead Savings Bank are
wearing scrubs and telling customers about the new Emergency Department.
The new Emergency Department will provide patients
with private rooms and bedside registration improve privacy, separate
Emergency waiting from the general public, and many more improvements
that will allow
