Before You Arrive
In some cases, you and your physician may have made prior admission arrangements with the hospital, and most of the needed information is already in our files. If you were unable to pre-register, you will be asked to furnish personal and financial information. Please remember to bring your insurance cards and Advance Directive with you. This information is important for our records and will also save you time when you are discharged.
Articles You Will Need
During your stay with us, you may want to have some of your personal
items such as a robe, pajamas, slippers, comb, toothbrush and other
personal care items.
Any valuable articles should remain at home. If you are admitted
with valuables in your possession, please notify the nursing staff.
Your items will be stored in the hospital safe and returned upon
your discharge.
For safety reasons, personal electrical items, including radios,
televisions, electric razors are discouraged. We also ask that
cellular phones are not used, due to interference with monitoring
equipment.
The Eaton Rapids Medical Center Pharmacy will provide all medications ordered by your physician during your hospital stay, unless special circumstances require the use of medications from home.
