During Your Stay

Confidentiality
Your rights to privacy and confidentiality are important to us and will be respected. We have strict policies to ensure every aspect of your visit will remain confidential.

Television/Telephone Service
Televisions and telephones are available in all rooms at no charge.

Social Worker
A social worker is available to assist you with personal, social, emotional and financial problems. Please ask your nurse to arrange a visit.

Chaplain Services
Representatives from the Eaton Rapids Area Ministerial Association are on call and available to serve patients, friends, and families 24 hours a day. A member of your nursing staff will be happy to arrange a visit.

Mail, Flowers, and Packages
Mail is delivered once each day. After your stay, any mail addressed to you will be forwarded to your home. Flowers and packages sent to the hospital will be delivered to your room.

Dietary Information
A registered dietitian and staff plan menus and supervise the food service given to all patients. Your physician may order a special diet which will become an important part of your treatment. If you are on a special diet, please caution your family and friends to check with the staff at the nurses' station before bringing candy, fruit or other foods.
